2025 Fall Giveaway Official Rules

Prize Description

Winner will receive a 7-day, 6-night stay at Camp Lake St. Joseph for the winner plus up to 3 friends (4 people maximum). Prize includes:

• Accommodations at Camp Lake St. Joseph’s facility
• Boat rental at no additional cost
• Access to world-class walleye and northern pike fishing
• Stay must be booked and completed during September 2025

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Employees of Camp Lake St. Joseph and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law

Entry Period

July 25, 2025 to July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time

How to Enter

Enter by completing the email signup form at lakestjoseph.com/giveaway during the entry period. Limit one entry per person. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Camp Lake St. Joseph and Nicole Stone Outdoors.

Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• Winner will be contacted via email at the address provided during entry from camplakestjoseph@gmail.com within 5 business days of contest close
• Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification email with their full legal name, phone number, and complete mailing address to claim the prize
• If winner does not respond within 24 hours or is deemed ineligible, a new winner will be selected at random

Prize Restrictions and Conditions

• Prize must be redeemed during September 2025 only
• Booking is subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Camp Lake St. Joseph
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes
• Winner is responsible for all transportation to and from the lodge
• NO meals or food are provided – guests must bring/supply all food and beverages
• Winner must supply their own fishing bait and boat gasoline
• Winner must purchase and possess valid fishing license(s) prior to arrival
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and payment of applicable pet fees (contact lodge directly)
• Prize cannot be cancelled due to weather conditions except in cases of extreme events requiring area evacuation (wildfires, etc.)
• All taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Camp Lake St. Joseph, which are final
• By accepting the prize, winner grants permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation
• Camp Lake St. Joseph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform
